Pretty steady work with good pay. Boss is really cool and understanding if you need time off. Pays for gas if you are working out of town. Pretty laid back and casual.

Family owned and family oriented willing to train always learn something new they are by far the best construction company i have ever worked for dave and jackson and jason are very willing to train and competitive pay i want to go back to them to work again

if you like to work on home remodeling and res. construction projects it is a good job It is a small independently owned company. You would have to be an independent self employed carpenter or tradesman to work here. you also would have to obtain your own work load in addition to work provided here to work on a full time basis.

A place to work.

Started off looking like a promising work place. There is a huge lack of communication on jobs. Many times some stuff would come up and employees would be out off work due to owner screwed up. Example he went to the wrong house and tore of the shingles off. Well someone got a free roof and we were off for a couple days due to the fact here didn't have any money to pay us. I wasn't on the job till the next day and i brought it to his attention that it was the wrong one

Average place to work

Just your typical Construction company. Typical house-builder. Long hours, low pay, no room for advancement and all of this is expected of you even though it creates an environment that makes you not want to come to work.

Good company with big work load

Good company that takes care of its employees. 6:30 - 4:00 are the average daily hours for a superintendent. Good compensation, 401k, medical. It can be difficult working in occupied nursing homes and schedules can be demanding at times.

while working at marsh construction I experienced threatening behavior and vulgar language. I worked an average of 9 hours a day from 8 am to 5pm during this time I learned some things but was yelled at for not knowing others. management is poor and hard to work with, trying to communicate with them was impossible.

work was hard labor i learned how to used a number of tools. co-workers were helpful hardest part was the clean up but the most enjoyable was when the work was all done and the sense of accomplishment.
